how do i get my itunes music to my phone?

You can either remove the SD card, place it in the adapter and place in in your PC and transfer. Or you can can connect the phone to the PC via the USB cord. Once connected, pull down the Notification bar and press on the USB connection and then choose, 'Mount as disk'.

 

Then you can transfer (copy and paste) via the PC file view program

I haven't used it, but iSyncr is a popular option.
