Where is my Nexus One or my HTC Incredible....??????!

So, I've been trying my hardest to keep up with the CTIA 2010 releases and find myself UPSET everyday that drifts by and Verizon has not releases ONE DECENT SMARTPHONE!!!! Im SOOOO tired of hearing false promises about the Nexus One or HTC Incredible while in the meantime SPRINT gets the promise of the HTC EVO this Summer...**bleep**?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Verizon seriously needs to stop keeping us in the dark about this...all we want is a LITTLE confirmation of something...T-Mobile even got the HTC HD2 (which is awesome but NOT android) and Im ready for something from my carrier that Ive been loyal too for about 6 years now!!! I mean for a company who probably makes the most money with the high calling plan prices...Big Red should be able to afford to leak us a little tiny bit of info because I'm sick of this...and by the way NOBODY WANTS THE MOTOROLA DEVOUR!!! It looks like a silver DROID!!! Come on with something from Google/HTC or ill be forced to keep it moving Verizon...#thatisall!

From all of the information being released lately, its looking more and more like the HTC Incredible was nothing more than a Verizon customized Nexus One. The Google site still has Verizon's Nexus One slated for Spring 2010.

 

From all of the reviews of other N1's I don't think I really want it do to the screen issues when attempting to use the device outside. Many N1 users are reporting that sunlight makes it nearly impossible to read the N1's screen.

 

I wish the Incredible was a real device, it looked amazing, but as of now I haven't seen one bit of evidence from HTC that the device even exists. If someone can provide a site that is legitimate and not some rumor mill I'd be interested. For now, I'll have to sit here with my MotoDroid waiting for more false promises about an update to 2.1

Sick and tired of waiting.  Who cares if V has a great network?  I want something other than a second rate phone and Will Switch carriers to get one....

Congratulations!!  Best of luck at your next stop.  See you back here once LTE hits and the phones start coming out (because at that time NO other carrier will be even close to Verizon's offerings)

I will start looking for a new phone from T-mobile by April 1st  if I don't hear anything new. I am tired of false promises and lies.  I was with Alltel for 4 years.  Verizon buys them and I have been treated like **bleep** since the switch.  At least with Alltel they had decent phones.  I really want a decent smart phone even if the batteries suck on them.   I guess if Verizon wants to loose a customer who pays their bills every month on time let them.  They don't seem to want to keep me when I go in either.

I just feel like Verizon is one of the more "pricey" cell phone companies out right now...why should we wait SOOOO long for QUALITY phones, I've had my BB Storm 2 since the day of release and I've been happy with it but for me RIM is too outdated and Ive been waiting for something ANDROID from HTC to hit Verizon...I'm going to wait and see what happens but I believe WE deserved something like the HTC EVO (not Sprint, a company who sales have been declining year after year) I just want what I pay for and not only in service, but in phones as well....(and by the way, what is LTE?)

I've had AMOLED on the Sprint Moment, and if the screen is set to auto brightness, it is NOT that bad in sunlight - A *little* wose than the Droid or the Hero, but not much at all...  Turn yourself so you shade the sunlight, and it's fine.  And Inside, or even light-overcast, which is where most people are going to be using their cell phone the most, and you then have an amazingly bright, clear, sharp image...  I was a little leary about the screen on the Moment when I swithed to it, but I found my "fears" were *highly* over-rated  - except when the Moment switched to "low-battery power-saving" mode about 2 hours after you had it turned on, due to samsun's really messed up sensors - then it was completely un-readable in anything but indoor conditions - and even then it wasn't great...

Are either of the devices ACTUALLY up & coming....still so sick of waiting and seeing all the rumors about the Incredible being in stores.....its kind of to the point where I've lost the excitement of ANY phone thats coming out until i see something on Verizon Wireless website, I know this is a customer forum but Verizon needs to know that they make us SOOO unhappy being so tight lipped about new products and WHAT the products would be, i mean all i want to hear again is that "THE HTC INCREDIBLE WILL BE COMING TO VERIZON EARLY APRIL 2010" or something....Ive almost lost complete interest in continuing to spend my money on a company who does not give their customers the products they want...
