What's Next?

Watching forums for the new phones & not too crazy for 1st gen's what phone do you think would be the next best phone after the Droid X?  OK I think the Thunderbolt is a testing ground for the dual core which means any ideas which phone to go to after the Bionic's dual core?

The DX 2 doesn't count since there's no 4G.

Well, the DX2 may not count to you or the other folks at DroidLife or Phandroid (yes, I frequent both), but to a much broader user base like the folks here, it does count. And you just told a considerable number of that base that their opinion doesn't matter.

Here's my opinion, like it or not.

It wouldn't be a Bad Idea to see those phones actually introduced and in peoples' hands before issuing such a decree like the one you are looking for.

As for me, I would move to see the DX line continue, seeing as my area probably won't see 4G for some time to come. However, the Bionic might be worth having anyway because of other features it offers.

The Thunderbolt will have to prove itself over time for me to consider another HTC phone.
