Voice Mail

I use a Droid 2 global.  I've been woking on getting my voicemail access without having to enter my password each time.

I've set up my access in the format: #86,password# via Settings, Call settings, Voicemail settings.  It doesn't work.  However, if I go into voicemail via Contacts with the same configuration it works correctly.   What's up with that?

slantt, you want to make sure that your programming for your Voice Mail speed dial is "*86,password#." In your post, you mention programming #86. That will not allow you access to your Voice Mail.
