transformer9518, I'm sorry to learn that you're still unable to launch the Verizon Tones application. Are you able to log into your My Verizon account, successfully? Have you tried restarting your device? Also, try clearing the data and force stopping the application in the app manager; settings>application manager/apps> (all) verizon tones>force stop/clear data.
