VERIZON NEEDS TO RECALL THE DROID INCREDIBLE.. TO SPRINT I GO

HEY ALL FYI I HAVE LOST JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING IN MY PHONE AND EVEN HAVE THE BACK UP ASSISTANT. THE INCREDIBLE WILL SAY IT IS 855 PM WHEN IN FACT IT IS 842 AM AND SAY 61 DEGREES WHEN IT IS 4 DEGREES IN IL... I AM NOT HAPPY AND WANT TO RETURN IT BUT DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO OAY THE FEE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT DROPPED IT OR DONE ANYTHING TO IT. I WAS OF COURSE LIED TO WHEN THE GUY AT THE STORE SAID OHH THIS IS THE BEST PHONE WE HAVE BLAH BLAH YA RIGHT ITS A {word filter avoidance}.... NOT TO MENTION I PAID OUT THE **bleep** FOR IT IT SHOULD MAKE MY BREAKFAST FOR THAT PRICE AND NEVER SCREW UP .... I LOST ALL PICTURES OF THE KIDS AND ALL OF MY CONTACTS .... {word filter avoidance} IS WITH THIS... DO NOT SELL US CRAP PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ON TOP OF IT IS ALL ITS A PAIN IN THE **bleep** TO GET YOUR REBATE THEY SAID THEY FILLED EVERYTHING OUT FOR U WELL I GOT A CARD THE OTHERDAY SAYING I WAS MISSING THE UPS CODE!! ARE YOU KIDDING ITS ON THE PIECE OF PAPER!!! SO I RIPPED IT OFF THE ACTUAL DROID BOX AND SENT THAT THING IN .. HOPEFULLY THAT WILL HELP THEM GIVE ME MY 100 BUCKS ITS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO... {word filter avoidance} OOFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) the rebates clearly state that you have to send the original upc code from the box.

2) if you were really set up with backup assistant then your contacts are stored online in your "my verizon" account.

3) if you want to exchange it then there is no fee....but even if you want to return it you may be able to talk them out of the restocking fee (returns must be done within 14 days of purchase and i suspect you are past that).

4) there are ways to reset the phone and other troubleshooting options.

5) not sure how much you paid but they were free at best buy for a while or $99 at verizon. that is DIRT CHEAP for a smartphone.

6) the all caps is not necessary....and if this is how you respond to problems in the store, you likely wont get what you want.

i'm sorry your phone is messed up, but it can be fixed or replaced, and just so you know, most of us have had these for 9 months with no problems. it's the best phone verizon offers right now.
