No call/text service for days!!

I have an HTC Incredible 2, for the past few days I haven't had hardly any service, I factory reset.. nothing... I replaced it with a certified pre-owned... nothing.. got a new sim card... nothing.. I need my cell service to make calls and get texts can anyone help??

Phone cant be too bad, you are sending from it!!!

Yeah, there are different radios in the device 3G, 4G, EVDO, Phone service, and sometimes one of those goes bad. text and phone would be the phone service radio

You can't call or text if you are just using wifi. There has to be 3g/4g/evdo connectivity in order to make/receive calls/texts..

Ok you guys listen.... I'm connected to WiFi so I can use an alternate messaging system. Even when I'm not connected WiFi I can't vet calls or texts.

Ok SteveIncredible2, listen... Look in the upper right hand of the tool bar. Where it normally says 3G and has the service bars.. What does it look like? Is the 3G gone and there are no bars and an x? If so, turn the phone off and turn it back on.

Did that work? If not, go into settings and networks. Do you have cellular data off?

If so, turn it on.

Otherwise.. Try calling tech support?
