I am trying to activate my phone. I got all the way through the payment and everything twice but it won't activate and now I've put twice as much as I wanted on. My signal is good. What do I do?

dannyqnn74, I want to make sure that you are able to get activated with no issues at all. Are you trying to activate a prepaid device? If so, I would suggest on reaching out to our prepaid team by calling toll free 888-294-6804. If you are not on prepaid, are you getting any kind of error message when you try to activate the device? Please keep us posted.
