I have been reviewing the questions and answers to same questions and i have to say Verizon should be embarrassed! that their CUSTOMER SERVice reps can't get their info straight. That's all Igot to say.

Well each individual understands the question differently I suppose.. spamming them with requests is just immature because they are probably going through hell trying to figure out all the answers to all the different quetsions they are flooded with.

I think nurmia just wants to flame people ... LOL I think the droid was so secret that even agents didnt know about it until a few days now.. So I dont blame them.
