Incredible 2 access to VCast Apps

I have been trying to access Vcast Apps to get access to the Star Legends Beta.  I cannot access it through my handset, keep getting an error; Unable to complete request.  If I try to use the online web based application, I get a response that there are no apps/games available for my handset.  It the DInc2 too new for the system?

Hi there!

 

The V Cast Apps is undergoing some maintenance. However, if you navigate to http://mobile.vzw.com/VCASTApps (it is case sensitive), you can click the "download' link to correct the issue with the App.

The system was unable to complete my request when I navigated to that web site...Is that undergoing maintenance also?  This has been going on for over a week
