When you are on the phone hit the Menu button, then select Settings, after you choose this click Applications. Then go to Manage Applications, next DRM Protected Content Storage and then press Clear Data. This will delete all downloaded ringtones that you have downloaded. So if there is one you want to keep you will have to re-download it.

Zrock, its probably not a good idea to do it that way...You probably don't want to delete ALL downloaded ring tones and it is counter productive to have to re-download and possibly pay re-pay for things you just want to keep.
By default the ringtones are downloaded into the "downloaded" folder. At least on my X thats where they go.
Go into your app drawer, files, phone files, then browse around and find that ringtone. Delete it there. If you can't find it there just search around in the folders.
