Delete an app that I've downloaded and installed?

Hit the menu button>settings>applications>manage applications and hit the one you want to delete and their should be a uninstall tab

I use atrackdog app to uninstall any apps.It is quicker to uninstall an app that way then going into settings. Check out that app!
