When I turned on my phone this morning, it didn't connect to the 3G network like usual. I called Tech Supoprt was on the phone for an hour. We did hard reset, *228 and even changed some other codes. Still no dice. I can make calls & text, but no connection to internet, email, etc.
I live in central NJ - is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions? I don't exactly have the $ to buy a new phone right now! Thanks
