since i dont get my check till the 19th which is Monday, will i be able to get the phone at the store still?! or will there be a delay like the incredible? the reason why i want to go to the store is so i can get the rebate right away, and i still have to jump on a contract with verison, im 6 days away from jumping off of ATT's crap. so will i be able to get the phone on the 19th!? thanks in advance!

First-off, there is no guarantees that the phone will be in-stock on the 19th. Motorola does not expect supply to be an issue, but then again if they out-sell their expectations anything can happen.
Secondly, the In-Store purchase does not give you the $100 rebate immediately. They will give you a rebate form and the rebate will be processed in 6-8 weeks, after which you will get a pre-paid credit card with the refund loaded on it.

Best Buy is doing an instant rebate so you pay $199 and there is no rebate form to send in.

Yes you are correct, Best Buy is offering the automatic rebate. VZW and other authorized dealers are doing the mail-in rebate.

Yes you are correct, Best Buy is offering the automatic rebate. VZW and other authorized dealers are doing the mail-in rebate.
Unles you order online, Verizon gives you the instant rebate with a online purchase also...
