So, I wasn't quite sure which forum to post this in, but here it goes. This morning I noticed that my screen was sticking out of my Bionic. I pushed the screen back in and figured I would bring it to Verizon when it wasn't Thanksgiving. I picked up my phone less than 10 minutes later and found that the screen had completely spider cracked all the way across.I find it very hard to believe that this is my fault, so I'm thinking about making a warranty claim. I am really just consulting everyone in the forum to see whether verizon will see this as a manufacturer defect. Please help me because I don't want to make an insurance claim if i dont have to.
