number 3 is the only one that happens to the masses, thats just something to deal with. the other two are only happening to certain numbers of people, im only experiencing the last one, other than that my upgrade to 2.2 has been perfect.

I would warn, a factory reset is NOT a cure all. I did the hard reset, when I reactivated my Incredible all the pertinent info such as phone number and MIN and other settings requiring a phone number were given a 4 digit number. And now I have no 3G or any data connection after doing so.
