1. How long have you worked for the Verizon Community?
I have been working with the Verizon Community for just over 3 years!
2.Apple or Samsung?
I was an Andriod user for years, but I’ve been making my way over to the iPhone. Can’t wait to order my new iPhone 8 Plus!
3. Do you like contributing to the blogs? Which has been your favorite to write and why?
I love contributing to the Community blog and look forward to the opportunity to participate more often! My favorite to write so far was the blog I did with joes_vzw about baseball season: . I love writing about baseball and it was fun to partake in some good-natured ribbing with my fantasy league opponent.
4. What type of smartphone do you have? What was your first phone?
Right now I have a Droid Turbo 2. My first phone was the LG VX8100. It was so cool at the time because it was a flip phone with buttons on the front and you could read your text messages without opening it up.
5. What is the most challenging part of your job? Favorite part?
The most challenging part is also my favorite. I work on projects that bring new features to the Community, which usually requires complex integrations and creative problem solving. It can be challenging at times but my favorite part is seeing these projects come to fruition!
6. What made you to want to work for Verizon?
I’ve always been fascinated by technology. It seems like mobile technology moves at a breakneck pace, so that’s where I want to be!
7. What are three fun facts about you?
a. I love baseball and am a die-hard New York Mets fan.
b. I’m a musician - I’ve played both guitar and saxophone since I was a kid. I converted my basement into a jam space and play music whenever and with whomever I can!
c. I see as much live music as humanly possible. I love many genres, from bluegrass to punk to jam bands and generally see 30-40 concerts per year. Being the nerd that I am, I also have an insanely detailed spreadsheet to track it all.

My favorite food is sushi, especially salmon rolls and spicy tuna rolls.
9. What’s your Alma Mater?
10. If you could be any animal, what would it be?
Hmm… that’s a tough one. I’d probably choose an eagle. I’d love to be able to fly from place to place – there’s a lot less traffic up there.
