I have a Galaxy S7 and am unable to connect to our newly installed network extender. When dialing #48 other Android users are told they are connected but not me. I have tried moving closer but it did not help. Any suggestions?
QuattroMN, we want to ensure that Network Extender is recognizing you also. I'm here to help. Is this the 3G or 4G extender? I ask because the Advanced Calling cannot be active on your phone if using the 3G one. Also, can you login to your Network Extender Manage settings on My Verizon to ensure your number can be seen: http://vz.to/1HzNI8h.If the settings are closed, this is good to confirm.

I do not see anywhere on the box, manuals, etc. whether it is 3G or 4G but it is a model a3lscs-2uaaaa. Also, I cannot find Manage Settings for Network Extender when logging in to my account but I can tell you that it is set for open access without restrictions for phone numbers. There would only ever be few of us our office who need a cell phone signal boost.
