I get disconnected and reconnected alot more than I find acceptable! I meen it isalmost not worth even having at this point IMO. I have spoken with coustomer service on several occasions. The troubleshooting tips have not worked up to this point and I am at my wits end. Think that after so many calls about the services from all these coustomers, that some kind of solution would be figured out by now. Even if it means returning device and cancelling internet services without penalty.
