I'm currently with Verizon and need a temporary inexpensive smart phone for about 3 months before the new iphone comes out. I just want to put my current sim card and have it work. When shopping at Amazon or other vendors, do I make sure its "Unlock" and compatible to Verizon? Is there other factors that I need to consider? I never bought a phone outside of Verizon.
I'm so happy that you reached out to us first. I want to make sure that you have all of the information. While shopping on Amazon, I would suggest that you obtain the IMEI number then check online or with us to make sure the device is not locked or listed as lost or stolen.
May I ask what has happened with your current device? I wanted to see if there was an issue that we can possibly troubleshoot.
