Click on the United States->Verizon link to open the table of supported bands by available modem. I plan to buy the BM818-A1 modem.
The Librem 5 does support VoLTE

Neither link provides any information to support your LTE band list.
VoLTE is only supported if the phone is certified by Verizon. AT&T officially only supports its own android and pixel 2 and 3. However other phones do sometimes work. Just because the phone is capable, does NOT mean it will work on a particular carrier. If the phone doesn’t have full LTE bands for any carrier, it hasn’t a snowballs chance of working. And so far neither spec list shows that phone will work in the USA
Again, show me the link to specs that show it will work on AT&T 3g 850 AND 1900. LTE 2,4,5,12/17, 14, 29, 30 and 66

Direct copy from my first link for those too impatient to expand the link I specified. You will notice the bands I mentioned are checked under the column for the modem I specified.
UNITED STATES
Verizon PLS8-E PLS8-US BM818-E1 BM818-A1
CDMA
BC0 800MHz [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
BC1 1900MHz [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
LTE (4G)

B4 1700MHz [ ] [x] [ ] [x]
B66 1700MHz [ ] [ ] [ ] [x]
B2 1900MHz [ ] [x] [x] [x]
B5 850MHz [ ] [x] [x] [x]
B26 850MHz [ ] [ ] [ ] [x]
B25 1900MHz [ ] [ ] [ ] [x]
[x] indicates that the modem supports that band
The phone is compatible, it just comes down to if Verizon wants this business or not. It's not very many people, perhaps a few thousand at most, but for the time it takes to update their IMEI database to allow these phones to work, they may gain some appreciative customers. Otherwise AT&T will be happy to take my money.

Okay, I didn’t see how to access the spec sheets in your first link. I see it now, for one model.
As mentioned, Verizon hasn’t whitelisted it, and Verizon doesn’t kid about the whitelist. And it may or may not work on AT&T. Without VoLTE support, it will be without service way before the lack of planned obsolescence becomes a benefit.
Good luck with T-mobile

I am looking to buy a new phone and the OnePlus 7 Pro is the one I wanted, however, I do not see it on the list. Does anyone know for sure if it is compatible or not? I've seen conflicting answers all over the internet, and the 6T is, so.....?

The 7t and 7 pro both work, although the 7 pro is not on the list.

Personally, I would spend the extra $50 and buy direct. Is that the a North American model? If not, you don't want it. Is it going to have warranty?

I'm not sure.I think it's probably worth it to buy direct like you said.

Yeah, for the sake of $50 and a warranty. I bought the 5t and 6t direct. My sisters family bought the 6 direct. Fortunately, none needed warranty replacement. Gotta love oneplus!
