Hi! I just bought my sisters old phone, a One Plus 7 pro. I am trying to activate it, using the same account/phone number as my old LG K20 V.
My old LG doesn't us a sim card, so there is no sim card to switch between the phones and do it that way.
I tried to use the activation tool at https://www.verizonwireless.com/as/activatelinereviewinfo, but I get the error message that says: "Your request failed and cannot be completed online. Please contact customer service at 1.800.922.0204"
When I call and go through the menu options, it just tells me to swap the sim cards. I also tried dialing *228 on the new phone, that didn't work.
I would love to go into a physical store, but the one in my town is closed and the next closest is an hour away.
Please help!
