I switched over from TMobile in May with the BYODATHOME 250 promo. I have 2 devices. I followed the instructions to request the cards and it went through successfully on the website but I didn’t get a tracking email. I waited well over the 45 days to receive the cards and then called Verizon for a status. On 8/15 the rep told me she located my request and I’d get tracking info within a week. I didn’t. I called back the next week and was told my submission was not located and it would be escalated and to give them about a week. Still nothing. I called back 2 more times again I was asked to give them a week and I would get a call back. They assured me I did meet the qualifications to get the promo. This has been going on a month and I still have not gotten calls back or the advertised gift cards.
