I need to get my phone looked at!!! How do I make an appointment?

I have tried every Verizon site to try to schedule an in person appointment.

I have gone to the Verizon store and been turned away because I had no appointment

I want to speak to a live person.

This is not good business to make it so hard to get an appointment

You click store in the top right of Verizon's site, enter your zip code, click a store with a star next to it since it's corporate and then the schedule appointment link. It's easy.

Most stores are back to a Walk-In service now. Even if you have an appointment you will be seen in the order you arrive at the store. Stores do not typically do phone repair, please send us a PM/DM to for assistance with your device.
