How do I get the basic voicemail app for my OnePlus 7 pro?
The Visual Voicemail application is exclusive to branded VZW phones. It isn't available for BYOD devices.
You should verify your line has the visual voicemail feature removed from the line so you can set up the basic non-visual voicemail which is reach through the dialer application by calling *86.
