BYOD rebate 12 weeks and waiting

I brought two new iphone XR's to Verizon switching from AT&T and submitted rebate reqest forms on Jan 23. I called after 8 weeks, again 9 weeks, again at 10 weeks and was told vz would investigate. Still waiting, and it's 12 weeks now and they are still validating the rebate (garbage) I thought Verizon was too big of a company to pull stuff like this but judging by the similar comments I'm not the first and won't be the last... SHAME ON YOU VERIZON!
