hey, so i have a blackberry tour 9630 and everything was working fine. i decided to finally use an upgrade for my blackberry messenger. i used the new 5.0.0.57 and rebooted my phone so it would work. the phone rebooted and turned back on but i have zero service. i cant send or recieve anything but it all seems to be working fine. i know this isnt a blackberry service problem because my dad has the exact same phone on the same plan in the same area. so it's specifically my phone. what can i do?

Sounds like your device did not auto start your service connection.
From your applications screen, scroll throught the list of icons until you find the icon "Manage Connections".
Select this icon. In the list of connections place a check mark in the box for "Mobile Network".
