I do not understand why the majority of the carriers such as Sprint, Boost Mobile and Alltel Wireless have already released the OS 5.0 for a plethora of Blackberry devices including the late 8330. I do not understand the logic from with holding the OS from the Verizon Wireless (Vzw) community. I have heard that Vzw is withholding the OS until the tour 2 is released all of the former statement comes from rumors so I do not necessarily buy into the claims.
The point is what benifit does Vzw obtain from with holding the 5.0 OS till a much later date, other then upsetting their Blackberry tour using customers?
