having problems with the new upgrade for storm?

i've upgraded my storm last night...i'm having a problem and i'm not sure how to fix it..when i try to go and email someone or reply to an email it gives me an error message that reads this

 

no message services configured. you will only be able to save draft  then an ok button

 

so what on earth do i do to fix that????  my email account is set up but i dont have a seperate button or icon for that..how on earth do i get that back???  when i did this upgrade some of my pictures have been deleted...i have some on my computer that ironically loaded..sometimes it shows no pictures at all when i connect it to the laptop...but it wont let me email it to myself my blackberry gives me an error message for that as well

 

more request cannot be completed.  service book information not found

 

 

can someone help me out please?????

Try going here.  You can create an account or call Verizon Tech Support and they can help you set it up.

hmm well i thought i already had that i mean if i didnt i wouldnt of been able to use it prior to the upgrade since getting it at christmas right??  but i tried to register and it said the account existed but i dont ever remember going there to register anything...

Well...  On the site it has a box to click if you require assistance.  When you click it, this pops up:

I'd give them a call.  It sound like all you have to do is resend your service books.  Another way to try is go to set up and then email wizard and send the service books that way but since you can't remember your username and password, I'd suggest calling the above number.

go to options>advanced options>host routing table>menu>register now

I'm not 100% sure but my username was my bb email minus the @vzw.blackberry.net. Then hit forget password if its correct they will send it to ur device

Call Verizon Technical Support @ 800-922-0204 & ask the technician to send your device the service books for your email.
