If i boke my phone and someone offered me a used blackberry and i have to go to verizon and get it switch are they gonna try and offer me a data plan.? because on my plan we have unlimted pic call and text

You are required to get a data plan with any Blackberry of 29.99/month. If you do not want/need the internet usage, why get a blackberry? Depending on how your phone broke, you could send it in to get a replacement for free. Otherwise you're better off getting a simple phone as a replacement.
Regardless if the Blackberry is used or new, there is a Blackberry data package of $29.99 that is required on your account when you activate any Blackberry. If the data plan does not fit your needs/budget, you can explorer other options. If you had insurance on your device you can file a claim. If you did not have insurance, you can check into the Certified Pre-Owned replacement program through Verizon Wireless.
