I have the blackberry curve smoky violet and I sent an email from my computer and it says it was sent. On my blackberry it looks like it was sent 20 times...Why is this happening? This is not the first time it has happened.
It is sending multiple emails when i only hit send 1x
Has anyone else had this problem? what is the solution besides throwing this out the window!

Sounds like it was just a glitch with the device.
Try powering the device off, then removing the battery for about 1 minute, then powering the device back on.
Then dial *228 send and option 2 to update the PRL on the device.
Try deleting old messages to free up memory on the device to ensure better operation.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
