when i try to plug my blackberry in to my computer through my usb connector my computer gives me this messege " one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfuntioned, and windows does not recognize it." help anyone

Hi,
Your Blackberry should have come with a CD that contains some drivers for your device. If you do not have the CD, you can download what you need from Blackberry's web site. Go to http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ and download the appropriate version of Blackberry Desktop Manager and it will contain the drivers you need.
