I have the Bold 9650, and the backup assistant on the website does not have the current info that I have programmed into the Bold.  According to the site's info, SYNC will overwrite my Bold info with the outdated data in backup assistant.  How can I force the backup assistant to do the reverse?

Hi,

There have been a lot of issues lately with Backup Assistant. I would recommend using Blackberry Desktop Software to back up your personal data. It is more reliable until BA is fixed.
