Wireless connection help

I am recieving a message stating that the radio on the device is currently turned off or the battery is too low.  I am fully charged, but can not access the internet.  Can someone help please.

Remove the battery out of the phone while phone is on. Then start it back up. Make a phone call on it should ask you to turn the radio back on. Then there you go

Another way to restore your connection is to find the "Manage Connections" icon; click on it and you'll see a checkbox next to Mobile Network. Click the checkbox and your connection will be restored.
