Why is sooooo hard to get a straight answer?

It sure would be nice for Verizon to give us straight answers - like when will they be through testing 10.3.1 that Blackberry made available to them long ago?  Or is the reality that they are trying to push us to a different OS.

I will be gone first.

I don't think ANY carrier is making BlackBerry a priority. With the tiny market share of BlackBerry you really can't blame them.

Blackberry is not popular anymore, even the Blackberry Classic didn't generate a lot of buzz at Verizon like it would have years prior. Verizon is usually dead last in the race when it comes to software updates.....this is because of thorough testing to ensure it does not negatively impact the calls, text and data services you pay for. You're not going to get an answer from talking the tech support either as they are not briefed on the releases prior. You need to talk to someone at Corporate at their headquarters or just tell Blackberry to stop feeding you a bunch of lies like every other manufacturer does. It's very easy for manufactures to blame the carrier because even they don't know what the hell they are talking about......

When businesses or people refuse to give "real" information, I usually believe they are hiding something.

Morgan Stanley told its clients that BlackBerry’s new lineup of smartphones is severely underselling....Morgan Stanley estimated as few as 6,000 BlackBerry Classics and Passport smartphones have been sold combined

Or sometimes there just isn't any information.
