I had to restore my BB Storm and cannot find my games...Word Mole and Brickbreaker. Can someone tell me how I get those back? Please don't tell me to go to Desktop manager because I can't find them there either. If it is reset to the factory settings, why are they not there anymore?

Did you ever back up your software with the Blackberry Desktop Manager? If so, click on Backup and Restore and the Restore process should get you back. Also, what OS do you currently have on your phone. Look under Options>About and your version should be there (mine is the Tour v4.7.1.40.

Either do the restor if you backed it up or call 800-922-0204 answer prompts to get to tech for a BB phone and tell them the problem an they can send them to you over the air. I just had to exchange my Storm for a faulty voice mic and I was missing Slacker and World Internet globe Icon and they sent them to me. You may also go to a Verizon owned store not a Kiosk.
