I have a personal Blackberry storm that the billing responsibilities were transferred to a business/govt account. I would like to upgrade my Blackberry to the new Bold that came out. Can I purchase it personally for a new two year agreement? I was told that the business would have to purchase it, but they are only purchasing the Curve. Is there any way of me purchasing it personally for the 2 year contract price?
The only way to purchase it personally at the 2 year price is to open a new personal line of service not associated with your business account. So you'd be starting a totally new account with a new 2 year contract.
Your business will purchase you a phone but they would only go for the Curve? That blows. Did they give any particular reason?
