I have a Blackberry 8830. I use Blackberry to connect to internet via laptop. Problem: When connected to the internet, if I have an incoming call, I am knocked offline. Is there a way to have all incoming calls go to voicemail instead of knocking me offline when Blackberry is connected to laptop?
I called tech support and was advised to do the following with phone:
To enable press *7650
To disable press *765
Neither of these setting worked.
Thanks
Superbyrd

Never seen those codes before. Maybe they were suggesting you do immediate call forwarding?
You can activate call forwarding by dialing *72 + Phone# you want it forwarded to. This way when you receive a call it will automatically be sent to the number you specify and you shouldn't get disconnected.
You can dial *73 to deactivate the call forwarding.

*90 will enable busy transfer, which i think may help in this situation. *90 + number and then *900 to turn busy transfer off.
Best of luck
