I have the Storm2 (9550) and I keep having a problem connecting to the Blackberry Desktop Manager through a USB connection. Though the Blackberry Device Manager will always say that I am connected, most of the time the Desktop Manager software will not recognize the connection (PIN = NONE). I have to re-install the Desktop Manager software on a daily basis to get an occasional connection which will then go away on subsequent re-connections. Frequently when I go to connect I will also get a message that the Blackberry Device Driver did not install properly. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) on my PC. Any and all suggestions would be most appreciated.
