I have the correct version and my location is on. The GPS is still not working. I was told this morning that Verizon in the East Texas area is changing out the old AllTel towers and Verizon customer in this area are having the same problem with GPS. Could this be the problem and if so how long will it take to get the GPS working?

I use the GPS 3-4 times a week and this is the 2nd week of dealing with this?

I would not think the towers are the problem.  GPS gets the signal from the satellights in space.  Have you tried getting a GPS signal from outside first.  Pull the battery and allow for a reboot.  Then, while running Blackberry Maps, press the Menu key and select Start GPS Navigation.  Hope that works.
