My phone was vibrating like usual when a message comes through, as I go to look at it, it is frozen. So i take the battery out to reset and it gets to the Verizon wireless screen and freezes, so I repeat steps for about 5 times, and it still freezes at the Verizon Wireless logo screen. Now what?
Hi sorry to hear that, Try this (for a fix) leave battery out for 5 minutes and when you first see the blackberry logo press and hold the escape) button for 30 seconds, when phone starts it should be an OK click, continue... Hope it works!
