Just got my BB Storm - having trouble with my service books?

Hi, I just got my Storm yesterday.  I did all my registration/activation (I think), but I'm having a problem viewing a picture that my daughter sent me.  It will not open it and it say's it can't locate my service book information.  Also, not able to view any video from the internet.  (i.e. you tube, news channel's).  Have I left some steps undone?  Have not called customer service yet, was hoping someone could help me from here first.  Thanks.

You need a service book push from Technical Support. There was a recent issue with all Blackberry phones and their service books. A quick call to them should resolve your issues in a timely fasion.
