Thanks for your answer Verizon Customer Support but I have a phone right now and I don't need another one.  Please dont try to "sell" me a new phone if it doesnt have the qwerty key board as I am not interested.  To be honest, I have been with you all for a very long time and I am thinking of going to another company because of this issue...

I really miss my old Blackberry phones too (Especially the Bold keyboard) but no carrier can bring those back, besides not being compatible with the new network technologies used they wouldn’t want to based on the previous history of year over year lack of sales and market share drain that kept occurring with Blackberry models.

The market drives those changes, and what the majority prefferred were Android & iOS touchscreen devices. Hence the decline in manufacturing and others (like basic, keyboard and Windows devices also). They‘re not going to bring back rotary phones either just because a small percentage of the market prefers things like that.

I've been pining for my old BB7 BlackBerries. Too bad they're all from before LTE and can no longer be activated. I've even tried pre-paid accounts with a second number, but alas, no joy. CDMA is going away soon, so my old Moto RAZR flip phone is gone too.
