I can not get any signal no internet or messages and even no phone itself. It says the network is unavailable. Any one know anything?
What state are you in?
Try going to manage connections icon and make sure the mobile network is selected and has a checkmark next to it.
The go the Options icon on phone, scroll and click on Mobile Network, and make sure Data Services are turned on, Mobile Network says Verizon Wireless, Network Selection Mode says Automatic, and if you have a Storm/Tour make sure the technology is either Global or 1XEV.
Also, try taking the battery out for about 30 seconds and put it back in.
