How to add signature to BB Storm 9530 e-mails and text messages.

Hello. I have a BB Storm 9530. I am trying to add a signature to the e-mails and text messages I send. I am following the instructions below, but when it comes to step 5 for the option to add auto signature, I do not show that I have that option. 1) Messages 2) Menu 3) Options 4) E-mail Settings 5) There is no auto signature option. The options that show up are: Enable HTML E-mail, Download Images Automatically, Confirm Delivery, Confirm Read and Send Read Receipts. PS I believe the way this device was setup by Verizon was that when someone sends me an e-mail or text, it is sent to: myusername@vzw.blackberry.net, then it is forwarded to my corporate e-mail account. (They use MS Outlook)
