I have a Blackberry 9930 I can not get picture messages anymore by text messages. People will send me picture messages and I have no clue that they sent me one nothing happens on my phone? What could be the issue I do get pictures in email and I can text just cant send or get pictures by text message. I have not changed the plan and I have unlimited text.
So the good news is that you were once able to receive picture messages on the Blackberry, but now we need to determine why they are no longer coming through.
First, check the wireless mode http://bit.ly/QCNhNp to make sure it is set up properly. Next, make sure the MMS auto receive is enabled http://bit.ly/Qn4tcf, then try it again for me.
