Can't Sync Blackberry Storm with Jawbone

We are having difficult having the Jawbone (Jawbths) sync with the Blackberry Storm my husband has. Any suggestions? We've followed the instruction on the Jawbone package and should be able to sync the two, but the phone isn't discovering the jawbone, but can discover my tour if its on in another part of the house, weird!

HELP?!?!?! I spent a lot of money on this jawbone and haven't been able to get him to use it, now that he's ready to it doesn't work, grrrr!

Try the below instructions I found from Jawbone's website: http://us.jawbone.com/pairingguide.aspx

If this doesn't work, try pulling the battery from the Storm and trying again.

BlackBerry Storm/9500 Pairing Instructions
To pair the Blackberry Storm/9500 handset with the Jawbone, perform the steps listed below:

1. Set the Jawbone to Pairing Mode.
   • For the Original Jawbone, press and hold down the Noise Shield button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red and white alternately.
   • For the Jawbone PRIME and New Jawbone, press and hold down both the NoiseAssassin™ Button and the Talk Button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red and white alternately.
2. Press the BlackBerry key
3. Tap Options.
4. Tap Bluetooth.
5. Press the BlackBerry key
6. Tap Enable Bluetooth.
7. Press the BlackBerry key
8. Tap Add Device.
9. Tap Jawbone from the list shown
10. Enter the passkey "0000" when prompted.
11. Tap the Enter key
12. When asked to Connect to Bluetooth Device?, select Yes

The Jawbone is now ready to be used with the Blackberry Storm
