Blackberry Tour Failing Text Messages

I seem to get a failed red X error with every SMS message I send, and have to send them each a second time...then they go through.  Anyone had this issue before, or any suggestions on a fix? 

 

(sms error 0 message id 126)

I haven't had this issue with SMS but I have had it with BB IM......haven't figured out a fix action yet, but wanted you to know you're not alone.

When this is happening does it say on your main screen that your phone is  in 1XEV or just 1X mode? 1XEV needs to be capitals also.
