I just bought a replacement OEM battery and now my touch screen won't work. It works fine with the old battery but will not compress with the new one. My phone is a storm 9530. Any ideas?

That is a weird problem. I am not sure what the battery would have to do with the screen not working, but if you purchased the battery from a store, take it back and get another. Other than that, all I can think of is that the battery is not making enough "juice" for the device to operate properly. It could be a faulty battery. Also, as I am sure you probably did, make sure you charge the new battery fully on a wall charger,not a USB port charge. You get a better charge with the wall outlet. Hope this helped a little bit.
