I have one contact that will not ring. I have checked everything I know to check and everything indicates it should ring when I get incoming calls from this person, but it doesn't. When she calls the screen shows "Ringer Off". I have tried pushing on this to see if I can change it to "Ringer On" but nothing happens. Any suggestions? This is my sister and she calls A LOT but unless I am watching my phone, I have no idea. I didn't have this problem a few days ago, but now it suddenly will not ring. Thanks!
